Archiver vos photos pour permettre de nouvelles commandes fait partie de nos services et de fait, est une partie contractuelle de la création d'un compte client.
Additionnellement, envoyer des rappels / notifications par email (par exemple des informations sur les photos disponibles ou sur leur suppression) fait partie de nos services et de fait ne requiert aucun consentement supplémentaire.
L'envoi d'emails étant actuellement discuté dans les média, nous avons décidé d'obtenir un consentement additionnel pour les nouveaux comptes clients. Ecrivez-nous ou cliquez sur le lien de désabonnement présent dans les emails de notifications si vous ne souhaitez plus recevoir nos messages.

Terms and conditions
Making a payment
All items must be paid for in advance of being dispatched. Payments can be made using Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard or using a PayPal account. All prices are in Pound Sterling and include VAT. Prices are subject to change.
Credit Card Information
Churchbury Photographic Services LTD does not store any information relating to card number, expiry date or security code.
Personal information
Churchbury Photographic Services LTD will not disclose, sell or distribute information about you or your use of the site without your full consent, or unless required to by law. The information we hold may include name, address, email address, telephone number.
User Error
Churchbury Photographic Services LTD are unable to accept liability for any incorrect information given to us by the customer. The user must check all information supplied is accurate before finalizing purchase.
Delivery of Goods
Once an order has been received by us we endeavour to despatch it to you in 14 working days, this is subject to availability of stock at time of order placed. During peak periods lead times may vary, see website at time of order. Orders under £50 will be sent via standard post, no tracking information will be available. Any orders over £50 will be sent recorded by Royal Mail, with a tracking number.
Refunds and Returning Goods
Customers have 14 days to return any unwanted goods, please return them to: 12 Warehams Lane, Hertford, SG14 1LA, and a full refund will not be issued until good have been received. Please also include a reason for returning the products and your contact details.
Once purchased and downloaded, a digital download cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Queries
If you have not received your order after 14 days or have any other queries with a previous or current order, you must inform us within 2 weeks.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event, you receive damaged goods, please inform us and return the goods within 2 weeks and we will either issue a replacement or a full refund.
